I think, unless sanctions are truly as horrid as the acts that brought them on, that most will be surprised by how few leave the program.
I agree with you tnt. Ones that are already on scholarship, most will stay. Only ones that will flip are the ones that can't walk on an play. They now will only have 5 scholarships to offer each year.
