From Yahoo! Sports: The onetime high school dropout has emerged as a possible second-round draft pick after turning his life around.
sports.yahoo.comThe news-makers can't seem to decide whether they want to pitch Irvin as the draft's bad boy or its hard luck story. This guy seems to want to do both.
I disagree with his day 2 assumption. GM's will not risk their jobs by choosing a less talented player instead of Irvin. There just are not 32 not talented kids out there.
Here is a tid bid for you guys...
This is from the article posted: "He's the best story I've come across in years," says Ken Herock, a former NFL general manager who runs a program that prepares college players for their interviews at the NFL scouting combine.
Ken was a TE at WVU way back when I was at WVU. He was a big tuff dude. The first time I met him was at the Delt house, shook his hand and it was the size of a big ham.
