What I like bout these hires is:
Crook solid oline coach and WV native.
Galloway solid WR coach and coached at WVU.
Gibson experienced coach and WV native.
Seider experienced coach and WVU alum.
Mitchell solid cb coach.
4 out of 5 have WV ties. Mitchell might be the only mercenary hire. This round of hiring seems to bring a sense of continuity to the program. The bonus is we have some home run recruiters.

Love this hire. What I like most is I could see Seider staying for a very long time. So if Holgorsen and co decide to move on I could totally see Seider as a head coach.

My thoughts as well, RG was a good hire for us too but Im not sure that we didnt just break even if not upgrade as far as recruiters, we shell see.

I believe Coach Holgorsen is, himself, becoming a true Mountaineer (like Don Nehlen), and with his fellow West Virginians, will take this team back up to the heights of Top 10 each year. Let's Go Mountaineers !!
