I guess the already went through HR process before his interview yesterday?

So now that's its official give us a quick rundown on the addition of seider to the staff Chris. Do we see a significant bump in talent we recruit from Florida and more importantly does it help with the miramar pipeline again.

Coming in the morning. Want to get a couple Florida guys to share their thoughts, that way you guys can get the full picture instead of just my opinion.

You guys already know where I stand on this one - there is really no better recruiter for the area than Seider. It will take a lot to be the running back coach that Gillespie was, but I think he has what it takes.

Time to take over Dade and broward counties.

I really think this is a great hire. Wvu seams like it was getting away from Florida since going to big 12. Wvu getting back into the south Florida area is huge to getting a big 12 title. I think if we get a better recruiting class than this year, wvu is on the track. Hopefully he can pull in some massive defensive tackles and some true lock down corner backs.

I talked to him down at the orange bowl. He had a wvu shirt on. I told him we needed him at wvu. He said he would love to coach at wvu if they would give him an opportunity.

Just my opin but I really like Hogls 5 hires this year. Overall I think it is a better satt. Great hire in Seider
