Did anyone else that watched his press conference noticed his verbal and non verbal reactions when they mentioned I Mac?
I keep waiting for him to break out but Dana's reaction to just the mentioning of his name was somewhat telling

Yea that definitely wasnt a glowing endorsement. Kid has the talent to make a significant impact. Its all about how bad he wants it.

I went back to re-watch the segment again...the question was regarding players that have been injured and it sounded like the reporter could not even finish his statement.

DH: rolling his eyes....aaaaah yeah he is usually missing time

I think we've been waiting for fall practice since the gold & blue game. I'm glad everyone is healthy. I hope Burney makes it. If Imac is going to break out, this needs to be his year. Good luck to him. I didn't buy tickets to JMU, and I'm already second guessing that decision.....

Dave or Chris,
I can't remember exactly now, but I thought I heard holgy say something to the effect of players keeping their summer grades in line. Do you know if he was referring to current players and if their eligibility will be affected for the start of the season. Have you heard of any players that might be rule inelidgable?
Edit: mike casazza said something to this effect in a tweet as well.

I recall the statement you are referring to....I believe DH said something to the effect that some of the players were still in class (3 or 4) that needed to get some good grades. Lets just hope those 3-4 or however many take care of their business or at the very least they are not key cogs to the team.

his 3-4 statement was about the recruits not making it in ... as for classes all should be fine

From what I heard from Tony C this morning on talkline the Ryan N/IMac competition will be worth watching, IMHO I think DH is trying to motivate IMac like he did Quinton Spain last year. he knows what a talent he is and he doesn't think he is doing all he can to maximize it. Let's hope the light comes on, if that guy reaches his potential and Ryan N pushes himself as well this will get contagious on an already terrific WR core.
