And they're not too happy
The NCAA has delivered the notice of allegations in its case against Miami (Fla.).

Saw this on CFT earlier. As terrifying as the NCAA often sounds, it looks like their bark won't lead to much of a bite. If you want an investigation go ask Ohio State how Terrell Pryor drove a different car every month... At least you wouldn't have to pay me to live in Miami, where it's gorgeous 340 days a year. But Columbus? Give me a break Tressel...
'We have already self-imposed a bowl ban for an unprecedented two-year period, forfeited the opportunity to participate in an ACC championship game, and withheld student-athletes from competition.'
ohhhh shut upppppppppppppppppppppppp...An unprecedented two year period? ya...that is CRAZY
Some people think football is a matter of life or death, but it's far more important than that.
Does she really think people are that stupid? They waited until it was clear they would not go to a major bowl then announced the self imposed bowl ban. If they came out two years ago and said we won't go to a bowl game for next 2 years regardless of how big it is, then you might have a point. But waiting each year until you know you are in a third tier bowl game is meaningless.
I hate that the Miami homers are trying to slither out of the sanctions just because someone at the NCAA screwed up.
Sorry, you broke the rules and you have to pay. If a cop bungles some evidence to a murder trial, the whole trial doesn't get thrown out. The NCAA still has a mountain of untainted evidence against Miami.
The USC scandal wasn't half as bad as the one in Miami and USC got crushed.
I'm guessing a reduction of scholarships, maybe one or two more years of the post season ban, and probation forever.
Clint Hurtt got hit damn hard. Louisville is going to have to let him go I think.

I will say that the NCAA considering testimony that Shapiro said twice as "corroboration" is laughable.
How is that even a thing?
