Is saying they think Geno will go number 1. I know it won't happen most likely but I love hearing it.
Greeny had a very plausible scenario.

Problem is, we didn’t know what we were doing either. But when we didn’t know what we were doing, we were pretty good at it…..
Yeah he did and it feels damn good to hear him say it.
Heard it too. Crazy how in the past 2 years we will have 3 1st rounders.
Jaws is about to be on in 3 min to talk about it.
What's the scenario?
Jaws giving lots of love.
"There is no doubt, absolutely no doubt, that (Geno Smith) has an NFL arm.... There were some throws where we literally gasped."

That Jags and Raiders fall in love as well as pretty much everyone else in the top 10 so KC trades out because someone would need to go to one to get him. Jaws says he would have no problem doing so.

Man I love the way he is talking about him right now.
What was the #1 overall scenario?
KC trading the #1 pick?
Yep. A team like Buffalo or Philadelphia trading up to get it.
Or even just the Raiders from 3 just to jump the Jags. KC would get another pick and would still be able to get their guy.
For Geno's sake, please let it be the Eagles!
Best all around team and better chance for him to do well and have a long career!
Eagles don't have the best all around team and you never want to be the pet project of a college coach who just turned pro. That's a dead end career move for Geno.
Not to mention Geno does not fit his scheme at all and in a city like Philly their is no buffer or grace period.
Long-time Eagles season ticket holder here. First of all, trading down is right up Andy Reid's alley. Wouldn't be at all surprised to see that happen. Not to say that Geno will be number one, just that the pick could very easily be in play.
No one really knows what kind of offense the Eagles are going to run next season. It could be a good place for Geno. Chip Kelly is a question mark right now as an NFL coach.
The fans are like the weather. If you can't deal with either, you really aren't going to make it in the NFL.
I think the Cardinals offer the best scenario without a QB.
No free agents want to go to Buffalo unless they are ridiculously paid, the Eagles are going to be interesting but a project with Chip, and the Raiders although intriguing gave sucked for some time as they continue to make bad decisions.
True, but, you have to admit that Philly natives are a lot harder on their guys than most.
The Eagle DO have the best overall team when deciding between, AZ Philly Oakland Buffalo & Jacksonville. Pet project or not, Geno fits into Chip Kelly's system better than Nick Foles or an injury plagued & turnover prone Vick.

No question about it. Very demanding fans, although a lot of that reputation when it comes to quarterbacks relates to Donovan McNabb and, let me tell you, he is a nut case, just a really loopy guy.
And eagles fans just aren't good fans. They just jump down their players throats. I would like to see him with Arizona. Arians showed he can win with a rookie qb and that the qb can put up numbers in his offense. I know Geno is not luck but I like the fit schematically

I'd love to see him with Arians at Arizona. Fitzgerald to throw to. Just needs an OL to keep him healthy and upright.
I see what you mean but in the same sense, if Pete Carroll can do it w Russ Wilson, whose to say Chip can't do a good job w him? With the 49ers going to the pistol last year, you have to think its more of a common thread in todays game which imo, only helps Geno. It'll keep him simple, familiar and he has the opporunity to make the changes before the play like he did in college. Overall tho, I wish he would've went to kc but w the A Smith trade, I honestly see them trading number 1, while it still has value, to either the eagles or Zona. Personally, i'd take Chip, D Jackson, Jeremy Maclin and Lesean Mccoy as a supporting cast as opposed to Fitzgerald and that's it
