What's going on with him? I haven't heard a peep from him or about him...
Chris doesn't seem worried so I don't think we should be either.
Chris is there a hold up of some kind with Coleman? Dana said that they targeted 18 players and that all 18 signed!!
Chris, had to stop my recruiting day yesterday after Gibson signed. I've been trying to find out information on Coleman last nite and this morning. Really not having any luck. Have you been able to find out anything yet? If posted somewhere else can you tell me where?? Thanks

Every year we have players than dont make it, we had what 4 last year not counting ones that QUIT. Did everyone really think every single players would make it anyway there's always a cpl, tho I don't get why we yanked ZW if there were some concerns with Coleman. So it isn't confirmed yet but I'd say this is the one that dosnt make it, but we got dreamius smith, better back, and he isn't right outta hs either. So we will be ok, don't take that as in Idc about Coleman I do, but this happens every year
3 of the 5 most explosive players(gamechanger types) may not make it in. Ouch.
I don't know if anyone expected to get every single kid to fully make it in, but typically coaches don't put the signing on hold so the grades can get hashed out. That's a new strategy, and smart, so we aren't tied down to a kid who's not about to qualify, and gives us some freedom with our scholarship numbers.
Who are u talking about ? Lane. Coleman. And Marcellus? I assume ur talking about these kids since u said 3 outta the 5 game changers won't make it, Alford, Gibson, white, smith. So how do u get only 5. Maybe I'm misunderstanding you, would it be sweet to have those 3 yes, but it's not gonna hurt to bad
I find it strange how JM and would make an announcement in front of people and later that day we find out they aren't ready.
I consider Alford and Gibson gamechangers. The others you listed are great players, but I think Marcellus, Lane(eventhough on D), Coleman, Gibson and Alford can score on every touch.
Dreamius might be better right now but we need Coleman. Since DS only has two years left plus Buie/garrison have two left, we would have 3 seniors the next year with only one Rb returning(Smallwood). We NEED Coleman in here..not to mention how talented he is

Some people think football is a matter of life or death, but it's far more important than that.
Don't forget about Burney
When can burney commit again, this year? Like will he be 2014 recruit, and just commit to wvu again?
Thats hoping that everything works out...we don't know for sure right now.
I didn't think we had rb's to get ready for the future. Gotta look past the end of our nose.
Burney is trying to be an EE for 2014. I believe he redshirted this year, will play in the fall, and hopes to enroll early and have 3 to play 3.
Also, he basically has to be recruited all over again. His 2012 offer isn't still good. Etc.

Wonder what to expect, if anything, out of D'Vontis Arnold, who almost didn't redshirt last year, and also Maurice Zereoue. Zereoue is still shown on the roster (from WVUsports.com), and while Arnold doesn't show on the roster right now, he is still shown as an enrolled student for the second semester.
Seems like those two walk-ons would really have to excell if they are going to find any PT, given the fact that we have Buie, Garrison, Smallwood, D. Smith, and Elijah Wellman who wll all be in the mix.
Back to Coleman, at least on paper, I liked him very much. A speed back with some wiggle. He has a build similar to Eugene Napoleon, only maybe a little taller, or say, an Artie Owens. I know that most of you don't remember either of them. I hope Coleman makes it and is a part of this class!!
