jatavius stewart, rodney adams, tyler boyd, javess blue, demarcus ayers, andre patton, malique belenfort, t.j. johnson, vince mayle, or deontay mcmanus. which 3 would you take?
TO be fair, McManus is a linebacker, not a WR.
I would take Stewart, Boyd and Mayle.
why are his highlights on hudl of this year of mcmanus as a wr? but yeah i remember him saying hes going to play on d, but his highlights dont show it.
He played both in high school. He was better as a linebacker. He was a 4* linebacker. I asked JC Shurburtt what he would be rated as a WR, and he said a low 3*.
I think he would have gotten a chance at WR at WVU because Dana loves his offense, but he more than likely would have ended up on the defensive side in the end. I'm hoping we are still recruiting him. He is a monster at OLB.
Mayle would be my #1 pick for WR. I think he will be a star. Mayle, Stewart, Boyd would be the perfect storm, IMO.
Those would be my top 3 as well
Jatavius Stewart, Tyler Boyd, and T.J. Johnson
yeah he has great size and speed for a OLB, i hope we get mcmanus to!
My 3 are Steward,Adams and Mayle. Mayle is my "BIG" receiver that I think we need to really challenge Big 12 secondaries.
Jatavious Stewart, Deontay McManus, and Rodney Adams for sure.
You would take McManus over Boyd, Mayle, and Johnson?
yep no one wants a player who doesnt want to be at wvu and now doesnt claim wvu his leader. tyler boyd. pitt is now his fav. he is just playing games with the staff, they need to move on.
Stewart, Ayers, and Mayle. Add Mcmanus at OLB. Stewart and Mayle give us immediate depth (likely starters). Ayers is a good slot and landing him could help land his teammate Hall at DE.
ETA: I would love for us to be able to flip the JUCO kid Alford (committed to Arizona) as a slot, but we are running out of room. Too many needs to address.

Boyd may not commit to WVU but I've seen no evidence he is toying with us in any way. Recruiting is a bit of a game however and many recruits flip their commitments before signing day (or on signing day). It's not much to put up with when the upside could be landing one of the most talented receivers available for us in this class.
Holgs targeted him as his #1 target in last years class. Maybe his next Blackmon, Bryant, or Crabtree.
