We have 6 3-star commits right now. Please explain what makes them 3s instead of a 4s and what they lack that would make them each elite.
Neither one of us were part of the team of evaluators here at 247Sports but there could be a lot of variables that would originally have WVU's current commits ranked where they are.
In some cases it could be due to level of competition. In others it could be lack of film. Others may be the limited number of offers the prospect has gained to this point. It may be something as simple as a prospect being undersized vs. similar prospects at his position.
Currently I would rank Lazard and Howard as 4 star quality prospects. I don't have enough information yet on comment on the newest commit but everyone else would probably fall into the category of the before mentioned variables.
