  • Do you ever post a depth chart during spring ball? I know that it changes, sometimes day to day.I would really like to see something, maybe a 2 or 3 deep chart.I would like to see who is moving around from position to position adding depth behind the starters. Thanks

Too much Easter candy...took 32 minutes. You are slipping. Dont let it happen again.

  • I had heard Miles had moved from LB to FB. Did he play in the backfield in high school any? Seems with us going to a 3-4 and needing extra LBers that we could've came up with someone else to move to FB.

  • on a not so good note ..... Ivan is still experiencing issues with that hamstring and is limiting him this spring ... hope he can get healthy ... he is a huge asset for a 3rd target if he can

QB - Geno Smith, Paul Millard, Ford Childress "A" Back - Shawne Alston, Andrew Buie "B" Back - Ryan Clarke, Donovan Miles (moved from LB) WR - Stedman Bailey, K.J. Myers WR - Ryan Nehlen, Ivan McCartney Slot - Tavon Austin, Cody Clay, Dante Campbell Slot - J.D. Woods, Jordan Thompson LT - Quinton Spain, Marquis Lucas LG - Josh Jenkins, Brandon Jackson C -Joe Madsen, John Bassler RG - Jeff Braun, Russell Haughton-James RT - Pat Eger, Curtis Feigt

SDE - J.B. Lageman, Kyle Rose WDE - Will Clarke, Trevor Demko NG - Jorge Wright, Shaq Rowell, Imarjaye Albury OLB - Josh Francis, Tyler Anderson OLB - Wes Tonkery, Shaq Petteway ILB - Jared Barber, Taige Redman ILB - Doug Rigg, Troy Gloster CB - Brodrick Jenkins, Lawrence Smith CB - Avery Williams, Terrell Chestnut SS - Darwin Cook, Karl Joseph FS - Travis Bell, Ishmael Banks

Keep in mind that Dustin Garrison (A-Back), Terence Garvin (OLB), Jewone Snow (OLB) and Pat Miller (CB) are all guys who were starting or listed as a starter but are out for the spring. Obviously, that would change things up if they were healthy.

Names I will be focused on during spring game that I think could help us alot and are still a bit of a question mark are:

Josh Jenkins- is he healed and back to full strength and ready to play like a senior? If so we get alot better at that position than last year as far as some depth.

Quinton Spain- If the big man reaches his potential we have a legit NFL Tackle ready for 2012.

Andrew Buie- Nothing against DG at all but I feel that Buie is the better athlete, I think he may shine bright this spring.

Will Clarke- We need him and need him bad alot of eyes will be on him.

    Wright/Rowell- see above.

Terrell Chestnut- I think we have a good one here, he just needs to stay healthy.

    thanks for the list Chris.
