"I have a feeling I will commit Wednesday night."
Those were the words of Lackawanna (PA) wide receiver Kevin White on Sunday, speaking of his in-home visit that took place tonight with the Mountaineers coaches. And just a few moments ago, that feeling came true as White became the 21st commitment of the 2013 class.
The 6-foot-4, 210-pound receiver saw his recruitment pick up last week when he received offers from West Virginia and Texas Tech. He quickly set up an official visit to Morgantown and had plans to do the same with Lubbock this coming weekend, but instead decided to end his recruitment before he could.
A big, athletic prospect, White is capable of making plays in the vertical passing game as well as after the catch. His highlights can be seen HERE.
White will have three years to play there and plans to graduate next week and enroll at West Virginia in January.
He received a three-star, 84-rating from 247Sports and gives the Mountaineers four verbal commitments at receiver and slot.
EerSports will have more with White including an analysis of and interview with the newest Mountaineer.
