- West Virginia received commitments from Scooter Berry (2004) and Pat Lazear (2007). Berry played in 49 games, starting 41, and finished his career with 111 tackles, 17.5 for loss and seven sacks. Lazear played in 49 games also, starting 17, and finished his career with 147 tackles, 8.5 for loss and two sacks.
